You may not start as a ghost, but must become one from death in the game

Ghosts are able to go into any board matching with their alliance

No one other than the ghosts may go into the ghost sectioned realms

Ghosts may haunt only to an extent

Haunting Rules

No appearing invisible

Ghosts may not fight with living characters, seeing as a Ghost cannot lose

Ghosts cannot harm any creature physically, only emotionally if they are able to torment
